The routes

The bridge moves FROTH between Flow, Robinhood Chain, Base, and Arc. Flow holds the original supply. Robinhood Chain, Base, and Arc mint and burn against that. This is the only place the app uses Flow.

Do not use Flow Wallet. Robinhood Chain does not support it, so FROTH sent from a Flow Wallet address cannot be used when it arrives. Use MetaMask, Rabby, WalletConnect, or another EVM wallet.

How to bridge

  1. 1Open the bridge and pick a direction. Your wallet will switch to the source chain.
  2. 2Leaving Flow: approve the bridge once. Burns from Robinhood Chain, Base, or Arc need no approval.
  3. 3Enter the amount and confirm. The quote includes the message fee, paid in the source chain’s gas token.
  4. 4Follow the transaction link to watch delivery.

Timing

Leaving Flow usually lands in a few minutes. Unlocking back to Flow takes longer — often 15 minutes or more.

You need FLOW for gas on Flow, ETH on Robinhood Chain and Base, and USDC on Arc. The bridge fee is paid in that gas token, not FROTH. Check the quote before you send.
