The routes
The bridge moves FROTH between Flow EVM (chain 747), Robinhood Chain (chain 4663), and Base (chain 8453) over LayerZero V2 as an OFT. Canonical FROTH locks in the adapter on Flow; Robinhood and Base mint wrapped OFT against that escrow. Wrapped hops (Robinhood ↔ Base) never touch the lockbox. This is the only place the app touches Flow. Product experiences are scoped to Robinhood Chain and Base.
How to bridge
- 1Open /bridge and pick a direction. Your wallet will be prompted to switch to the source chain.
- 2Leaving Flow: approve the bridge adapter to spend your FROTH (one transaction). Burns from Robinhood or Base need no approval.
- 3Enter the amount and confirm. The quote includes the LayerZero message fee, paid in the source chain's gas token.
- 4Track delivery on LayerZeroScan. The app links your transaction as soon as it's sent.
Dust truncation
The OFT uses 6 shared decimals across chains, so amounts are truncated to that granularity before sending. The app does this for you, so what you see sent is exactly what arrives. Sub-dust remainders never leave your wallet.
Timing
Outbound from Flow usually lands in a few minutes. Unlocking back to Flow takes longer because of extra confirmations. Expect 15 minutes or more, and check the LayerZeroScan link if you want to watch it move.
